Assembly Instructions

Tip: Mow when grass is dry for best results. Never remove grass bag while blade is rotating.

Maintenance Schedule

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity.

  1. Before each use: Check oil level, inspect blade for damage, clear deck of debris.
  2. Every 25 hours: Change engine oil (SAE 30), check air filter, inspect spark plug.
  3. Every 50 hours: Clean/replace air filter, sharpen/replace blade, check drive belt.
  4. Every 100 hours: Replace spark plug, clean fuel system, inspect wheels and bearings.
  5. Season end: Drain fuel or add stabilizer, clean entire mower, store properly.

WARNING! Always disconnect spark plug wire before performing maintenance. Allow engine to cool.

Storage Guidelines

Prepare mower for off-season storage to prevent damage.

  1. Clean thoroughly: Remove all grass, dirt, and debris from deck and undercarriage.
  2. Fuel management: Either drain tank completely or add fuel stabilizer and run engine 5 minutes.
