Assembly & Setup

Unpack and inspect all parts. Assembly requires basic tools.

  1. Install steering levers: Attach to control panel per instructions.
  2. Mount seat: Bolt seat to frame using provided hardware.

  4. Connect battery: Attach cables (red positive, black negative).

First-Time Operation

Steering Levers: Left controls left wheel; right controls right wheel. Push forward to go forward, pull back for reverse. Neutral position in middle.

Deck Lift: Lever to adjust cutting height (1.5 to 6 inches).

PTO Switch: Engages/disengages cutting blades. Must be in neutral and parking brake engaged to engage.

Throttle: Controls engine speed (turtle for slow, rabbit for fast).

Parking Brake: Engage before starting; disengage to drive.

Operating Instructions

For safe and efficient mowing.

  1. Start engine: Sit, engage parking brake, set throttle to half, turn key.
  2. Warm up: Let engine run for 30 seconds.
  3. Disengage parking brake: Pull lever to release.
  4. Engage blades: Move PTO switch to ON.
  5. Drive: Slowly push steering levers forward to move.
  6. Turn: To turn left, pull left lever back while pushing right forward.
  7. Stop mowing: Move PTO switch to OFF before stopping engine.
  8. Shut down: Engage parking brake, turn key to OFF.

Tip: Mow in overlapping passes for even cut. Avoid mowing when grass is wet.
